Hey All I have an idea for an event (Mod's willing   )

I would like to meet a group of Legend of Dragoon fans (preferably in cosplay) at Dragoncon 2023.
For preparing for the event I'd like to make an accountability/motivation group for making cosplay and getting in good physical shape.
